Usha Ramsinghani has taken over as Company Secretary of Bank of India following the transfer of Rajesh V. Upadhya to the Zonal Audit Office in Hyderabad effective January 28 2025.
Ramsinghani has more than 13 years of banking experience and currently serves as Assistant General Manager at the bank. She is a Chartered Accountant a qualified Company Secretary and a CAIIB holder and brings strong expertise in governance compliance and regulatory reporting to the role.
