Shanthi Gears Limited appoints Sudhir R. as CFO effective June 4 2026
Sudhir R. has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Shanthi Gears Limited with effect from June 4 2026.
Before joining Shanthi Gears Limited Sudhir served as Chief Financial Officer at Revathi Equipment. He has also held finance and leadership roles at Arvind Limited GOGO International and SA Rawther Spices gaining experience across diverse industries.
In his new role he will oversee the company’s finance function including financial planning treasury management compliance and strategic financial initiatives. He will also support the organisation’s growth and operational objectives through financial leadership and governance.
Sudhir is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across finance treasury business transformation mergers and acquisitions initial public offerings and operational management.
