Sanofi India Chief Financial Officer Rachid Ayari will step down from his roles as CFO, Whole Time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel effective September 30, 2026.
Rachid Ayari is set to step down as Chief Financial Officer, Whole Time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel of Sanofi India Limited, with effect from September 30, 2026.
Ayari has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of Sanofi India since December 2023. In this role, he has overseen the company’s statutory requirements, financial operations, and support for strategic and business transformation initiatives.
Before joining Sanofi India, Ayari held several finance leadership roles within the Sanofi Group. He joined the company in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer for Algeria and later took on the same responsibility for the Russia and Central Asia region.
Prior to Sanofi, Ayari served as Finance Director for the North African region at Pfizer. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in financial management across the healthcare industry, covering accounting, cash management, investments, commercial operations, manufacturing, and transformation projects across multiple countries.
Ayari holds a Master of Business Administration degree and brings significant expertise in finance leadership and strategic financial management.
