Procter & Gamble Health Limited approves reappointment of S. Madhavan as Independent Director for a five year term beginning November 15 2026 subject to shareholder approval
S. Madhavan has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Procter & Gamble Health Limited for a five year term starting November 15 2026 subject to shareholder approval.
Madhavan previously served as Senior Partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and began his professional career with Hindustan Unilever during the 1980s.
He has also held leadership roles as President of the northern region of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Co Chairman of the taxation committee of ASSOCHAM.
Madhavan currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of ICICI Bank HCL Technologies and Sterlite Technologies among other organisations.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification Madhavan holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He brings around 38 years of professional experience spanning finance accountancy economics law information technology human resources and business management.
