Pramod Kumar Gupta has been appointed as a Non Executive Non Independent Director and Additional Director of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited with effect from June 17 2026.
Since April 2026 Gupta has been serving as Group Chief Financial Officer of Adventz Group. He began his professional career with Unilever in 1988 and has since held leadership positions across several multinational and Indian organisations.
Over the course of his career he has worked with ConAgra Brands DHL Novartis Microsoft Arvind Fashions and Haldia Petrochemicals. His experience covers growth management business transformation scale up initiatives and financial governance across diverse sectors.
A Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional Gupta brings more than 38 years of experience in finance business management corporate governance and organisational development. His career spans listed and unlisted companies as well as established enterprises and start ups operating across multiple industries and international markets.
