Shivam Puri to lead One India Business at Cipla Limited and join the Management Council as Senior Management Personnel from July 1 2026
Shivam Puri Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Cipla Health Limited has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the One India Business at Cipla Limited. He will also become a Member of the Management Council and will be designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the company with effect from July 1 2026.
Puri has been serving as CEO and MD of Cipla Health Limited since 2019. With more than 23 years of experience across the FMCG and healthcare sectors he has led businesses in consumer healthcare and wellness categories including smoking cessation pain care cough and cold skin care hair care and nutrition.
Before joining Cipla Health he held leadership positions at Hindustan Unilever Limited Jubilant FoodWorks Limited and ITC Limited. During his tenure at Hindustan Unilever he managed several key businesses including the Pureit water purifier portfolio the homecare division and modern trade operations.
Puri holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology BHU Varanasi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
