Manappuram Finance CEO Deepak Reddy to Step Down at the End of 2026

Deepak Reddy will resign as Chief Executive Officer of Manappuram Finance effective December 31 2026 to pursue personal and professional interests.

Deepak Reddy has announced his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Manappuram Finance Limited and will step down from the role with effect from December 31 2026. According to the company, he is leaving to pursue personal and professional interests. He will remain on garden leave during the notice period and his employment with the company will officially conclude on the same date.

Reddy joined Manappuram Finance as Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. During his tenure, he led the company’s business operations and strategic initiatives in the financial services sector.

Before joining Manappuram Finance, Reddy spent more than 17 years at Bajaj Finserv Limited, where he held leadership positions across business loans, personal loans, gold loans, rural finance and insurance. He also headed the company’s human resources function during his career.

Earlier, he worked with American Express, Standard Chartered and MIRC Electronics, gaining extensive experience across banking, lending and financial products.

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Reddy has built expertise in lending, banking, business leadership and financial product management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from T. A. Pai Management Institute.
