Effective September 27, 2025, Manish Agarwal steps into the role of President & Business Head of 811, also joining as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the appointment of Manish Agarwal as the President & Business Head of its flagship digital banking platform, 811. He will also serve as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the bank, effective September 27, 2025.
Agarwal brings with him 27 years of diverse professional experience, including 18 years in banking and 9 years across IT and consumer industries. He has been co-leading the 811 vertical, where his role spans customer acquisition, digital banking strategy, product integration, and business growth. His portfolio also includes customer service, field sales, call centers, process management, and enhancing product penetration.
As part of Kotak’s key leadership team since 2023, Agarwal has played a pivotal role in driving financial performance, expanding digital banking solutions, and catering to the millennial segment with personalized, need-based offerings, engagement, and cross-selling opportunities.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, Bikaner.
