Vikas Jain has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of IIFL Finance Limited with effect from June 27 2026.
Before joining IIFL Finance, Jain served as Chief Financial Officer at Hinduja Leyland Finance, where he was responsible for treasury management, fundraising initiatives including external commercial borrowings and securitisation transactions, and contributed to the company’s credit rating upgrade.
Earlier in his career, he held finance and audit positions at Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Housing Finance, and PwC, gaining extensive experience across financial services, treasury operations, and corporate finance.
Jain is a Chartered Accountant and holds professional certifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager, and Project Management Professional. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked across finance, treasury, audit, fundraising, asset under management growth, finance transformation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
