Harsh Pati Singhania Reappointed as CMD of JK Paper Limited

JK Paper Limited reappoints Harsh Pati Singhania as CMD while Harshavardhan Neotia continues as Independent Director and Rajat Yadav joins as Head of Digital and IT

Harsh Pati Singhania has been reappointed as Chairman and Managing Director of JK Paper Limited with effect from January 1 2027 subject to shareholder approval. The company has also reappointed Harshavardhan Neotia as Independent Director effective July 29 2027 subject to shareholder approval. In addition Rajat Yadav has been appointed as Head of Digital and IT and Senior Management Personnel effective May 18 2026.

Singhania belongs to the promoter family of JK Organisation which operates across sectors including paper cement tyres engineering textiles food and defence. As CMD of JK Paper Limited he has led expansion diversification and acquisition initiatives over the past two decades.

He has also held key leadership positions in industry organisations including serving as former President of the Indian Paper Manufacturers Association and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Currently he serves as the first Vice Chair and Executive Board member of the International Chamber of Commerce. Singhania holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Neotia is Chairman of the Ambuja Neotia Group with business interests across real estate hospitality healthcare and education. He is a recipient of the Padma Shri and has served on the boards of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur while also being a member of the Court of Jawaharlal Nehru University.

He currently serves as Chairman of Anant Centre and Jnana Pravaha and is a trustee of Shree Somnath Trust. He has also served as President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the All India Management Association.

Yadav most recently worked as Head of IT at JCB India where he was part of the executive management committee. He led enterprise wide digital and IT strategies across manufacturing facilities and regional operations focusing on MES industrial IoT systems private 5G deployment AI programmes and governance processes.

Earlier he worked with CNH Industrial on enterprise systems modernisation and analytics initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles at Diageo India Reckitt Benckiser Microsoft India and Wipro Ltd.. Yadav completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and earned a postgraduate diploma in management from Management Development Institute Gurgaon.
