HCL Technologies appoints banking and financial services veteran Jacob Christian Dahl as Independent Director for a five year term, subject to shareholder approval.
HCL Technologies has appointed Jacob Christian Dahl as an Independent Director for a term of five years, effective July 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Dahl brings nearly four decades of experience in banking and financial services. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Danske Bank, where he is a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and chairs the Remuneration Committee.
Earlier in his career, Dahl spent more than 25 years at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Partner. During his tenure, he held several leadership positions within the firm’s global banking and financial services practices, advising financial institutions on strategy, transformation, and business performance.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
