ICICI Lombard General Insurance announces the retirement of Independent Director Ved Prakash Chaturvedi following the completion of his second five year Board tenure.
Ved Prakash Chaturvedi has retired as a Non Executive Independent Director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited with effect from July 12 2026 after completing his second consecutive five year term on the company’s Board.
Chaturvedi has held several senior leadership positions during his career, including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Tata Asset Management Private Limited, Chief Executive Officer of Capital Markets at L&T Finance Limited, and Director at the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited.
He has also served as an Independent Non Executive Director at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited since 2016. In addition, he has been a member of the Board of the Association of Mutual Funds in India.
A seasoned finance professional, Chaturvedi has extensive experience across asset management, capital markets and financial services. He earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
