Info Edge India Limited appoints Radha Rajappa and Rajesh Magow as Non Executive Independent Directors for a five year term effective June 9 2026 subject to shareholder approval
Radha Rajappa and Rajesh Magow have been appointed as Non Executive Independent Directors of Info Edge India Limited for a five year term effective June 9 2026 subject to shareholder approval.
Rajappa previously served as Executive Chairperson of Flutura Decision Sciences and Analytics. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Zensar Technologies Bata India and KFin Technologies.
She spent 16 years at Mindtree where she played a significant role in building and scaling digital and technology businesses. Earlier in her career she held leadership positions at IBM and Microsoft. With more than three decades of experience Rajappa has worked extensively across digital transformation business leadership and technology services. She holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a management qualification from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Magow is the Co Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of MakeMyTrip and brings over three decades of experience across finance operations strategy and business management. He has been associated with the company since its early years and played a key role in milestones including its Nasdaq listing in 2010 and the merger with Ibibo Group.
Before joining MakeMyTrip he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Financial Services at Ebookers and held leadership roles at Aptech Limited. A Chartered Accountant by profession Magow currently serves as Chairman of the FICCI Tourism Committee and actively contributes to industry and policy discussions.
