Kambli is a Company Secretary with more than 11 years of experience across corporate governance regulatory compliance legal advisory and risk management. Throughout her career she has worked on strengthening governance frameworks compliance processes and organisational accountability.
She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also a Chartered Secretary from the The Chartered Governance Institute. Her professional expertise includes navigating complex corporate and regulatory environments while supporting effective governance and compliance practices.
Kambli holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai along with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
