UltraTech Cement Limited appoints Vikram Bhalla as Independent Director effective June 8 2026 subject to shareholder approval
Vikram Bhalla has been appointed as an Independent Director of UltraTech Cement Limited with effect from June 8 2026 subject to shareholder approval.
Bhalla is a Senior Partner and founding team member of Boston Consulting Group India and brings nearly 30 years of advisory experience across strategy transformation leadership and family business management.
Since joining Boston Consulting Group India in Mumbai in 1996 he has advised Indian conglomerates mid sized companies and family owned businesses across more than 30 countries. He became Partner in 2005 and was elevated to Senior Partner in 2012.
His work spans strategic planning organisational development and the execution of large scale business transformation programmes across industries and global markets. Bhalla also serves on the advisory boards of organisations including The Convergence Foundation Center Square Foundation and CEGIS.
Bhalla holds a degree in physics from University of Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
