Borosil Limited appoints Bhaunik Shah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 19 2026
Bhaunik Shah has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Borosil Limited with effect from May 19 2026 transitioning from his interim role. He will continue to serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and will also remain part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel team.
Shah has been associated with Borosil Limited since April 2024 where he has been responsible for overseeing secretarial and compliance functions. His role includes supporting corporate governance practices regulatory reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on compliance related matters.
He brings around 16 years of experience across company secretarial functions regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Shah is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is a commerce graduate and also holds a law degree from the University of Mumbai.
