Redwood Materials names former Tesla finance executive Deepak Ahuja as Chief Financial Officer
Deepak Ahuja has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Redwood Materials strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues expanding its clean technology and battery recycling operations.
Ahuja previously served two terms as Chief Financial Officer at Tesla where he played a key role in the company’s financial strategy and growth journey. During his tenure he was involved in overseeing Tesla’s 2010 public listing and supported the company during a major phase of operational and market expansion.
After his time at Tesla he joined Verily as Chief Financial Officer contributing to the company’s finance and operational functions within the healthcare and life sciences sector. He later served as Chief Business and Financial Officer at Zipline where he supported business growth and operational scaling initiatives.
Throughout his career Ahuja has held leadership roles across technology driven and operationally complex businesses with experience in finance strategy business scaling and corporate growth management.
