Nainawatee steps into the Chief Strategy Officer role and joins senior management with immediate effect and Anant Talaulicar is set for reappointment as Independent Director from July 12 2026 subject to shareholder approval
Ashish Nainawatee has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Management Personnel at Endurance Technologies Limited effective immediately. At the same time Anant Talaulicar will be reappointed as an Independent Director starting July 12 2026 pending approval from shareholders.
Nainawatee brings around 27 years of experience spanning corporate strategy sales business development engineering and organisational transformation. Prior to joining Endurance Technologies he spent nearly 26 years at Bosch where he most recently served as Vice President of Mobility Aftermarket. Part of his professional journey also included working in Germany.
He joined Endurance Technologies on April 7 2025 as Chief Strategy Officer at the Executive Vice President level reporting directly to the Managing Director and has now been formally included in the senior management team.
In terms of academic background Nainawatee completed the Senior Management Program at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and holds a mechanical engineering degree from National Institute of Technology Surathkal. He also earned a certification in organisation development from NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and is recognised as a certified people manager by Great Place to Work Institute.
Anant Talaulicar brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience across the Cummins Inc. group in both the United States and India. He spent 16 years in the US handling responsibilities across engineering finance product management and strategy before relocating to India in 2003 as Joint Managing Director of Cummins India Limited.
He later took on the role of Chairman and Managing Director of the Cummins Group in India where he led its components business. Talaulicar has also served as Managing Director of Tata Cummins Pvt. Ltd. and has held several board level positions across industries and institutions.
Academically he holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan along with an MBA from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Mysore.
