Adani Power appoints Puneet Bansal as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and KMP effective April 1, 2026, as Deepak S. Pandya retires.
Adani Power Limited has appointed Puneet Bansal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective April 1, 2026. He will take over from Deepak S. Pandya, who will retire upon completion of his tenure on March 31, 2026.
Puneet Bansal joined the Adani Group in 2021 as Group Head of Governance and Secretarial, where he oversaw governance functions across both listed and unlisted entities. Prior to this, he held positions at Pidilite Industries, Grasim Industries, KPIT Technologies, and the RP Goenka Group.
With over 30 years of experience, Bansal has led governance and secretarial functions, handled domestic and cross-border transactions, and managed litigation and arbitration matters. His expertise spans corporate governance, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), enterprise risk management, and ESG practices. He is also actively engaged with industry bodies and professional forums on regulatory developments.
Deepak S. Pandya has been serving as Company Secretary at Adani Power, where he is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he has overseen corporate governance processes, board coordination, and administrative functions from the Adani Corporate House in Ahmedabad.
