Dr. Ganesan has been awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of his contributions to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is currently a Partner at RKCG & Associates LLP and also serves as an Independent Director at Belstar Microfinance Ltd.. In the past, he has served as an Independent Director on the board of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd..

Over the course of his career, he has supported more than 80 companies in transitioning to Ind AS standards. His expertise spans audit, assurance, taxation, and corporate advisory, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services sector.
