Alembic Pharmaceuticals appoints Sujit Jaysukh Bhayani as Non Executive Independent Director effective June 18 2026 subject to shareholder approval
Sujit Jaysukh Bhayani has been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director and Additional Director on the Board of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited with effect from June 18 2026 subject to shareholder approval.
Bhayani is the Founder and Managing Director of Sudeep Group. Earlier in his career he served as a Director of Dinesh Remedies Limited and has been actively involved in the pharmaceutical sector for more than three decades.
His professional experience spans pharmaceutical manufacturing business management and industry operations. Over the years he has contributed to business leadership operational management and strategic development initiatives across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Bhayani has also played a significant role in the growth and expansion of the Sudeep Group’s business activities through his leadership and industry expertise.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Tulsa and brings more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
