OnMobile Global Limited has appointed Manoranjan Mohapatra as an Independent Director and Additional Director on its Board, with effect from February 5 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Manoranjan Mohapatra, widely known as Mao, brings extensive leadership experience across the telecom and fintech sectors. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Comviva Technologies from 2007 to 2024, where he led the company’s transformation into a global provider of fintech martech and digital technology solutions. During his tenure Comviva expanded its footprint across multiple international markets and diversified its customer base.
Prior to Comviva, Mohapatra was President and Chief Operating Officer at Aricent Technologies. In this role he played a key part in scaling the business and supporting critical milestones including its public listing and subsequent delisting. Earlier in his career he worked as Senior Program Manager at C-DOT, contributing to the development of telecom switching technologies in India.
Currently, Mohapatra advises startups on growth strategy digital transformation and business scaling. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honours in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and has received professional recognition from the Institute of Directors and The Economic Times. His appointment is expected to add valuable strategic and technology leadership to the OnMobile Global Board.
