Amit Kumar has resigned from his roles as Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Symphony Limited and has requested the Board to relieve him of his responsibilities on a mutually agreed date.
Amit Kumar brings close to 18 years of experience across corporate leadership and consulting. His professional journey includes roles at GE PwC Shapoorji Pallonji EY and KPMG. He has also founded a technology startup focused on data analytics and specialises in business transformation and profitability enhancement.
During his tenure as Executive Director and Group CEO he led the overall growth of Symphony India along with its international subsidiaries. He was part of the leadership team steering the company’s global expansion across sectors and offerings and shaping its strategic direction for the next phase of growth. Kumar holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
