Axis Bank has reappointed Subrat Mohanty as Executive Director and Whole Time Director effective August 17 2026 subject to approvals from the RBI and shareholders.
In a related development Prashant Joshi will retire as Chief Credit Officer on June 30 2026 and Sudipto Nag will assume the role from July 1 2026. Mohanty who joined the bank in October 2020 oversees key functions including retail and wholesale banking digital and IT strategy customer experience and internal audit and brings strong expertise in banking operations risk management and corporate strategy.
