The Board of Directors of Eternal Limited formerly known as Zomato Limited at its meeting held on January 21 2026 accepted the resignation of Deepinder Goyal as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from February 1 2026. The Board has appointed him as Vice Chairman and Director. In the same meeting the Board approved the appointment of Albinder Singh Dhindsa currently Chief Executive Officer of Blinkit as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company effective February 1 2026.
Deepinder Goyal is the Founder of Eternal and its businesses including Zomato Blinkit District Hyperpure and Feeding India as well as Temple and LAT Aerospace. Before founding Zomato he was associated with Bain and Company. He holds an integrated Master of Technology degree in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
Albinder Singh Dhindsa is the Founder of Blinkit and was previously associated with Zomato between 2011 and 2014. Earlier in his career he worked with UBS Investment Bank Cambridge Systematics and URS Corporation. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
