Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Ashish Bhatnagar and Debashish Mukherjee as Executive Directors with effect from January 20 2026.
Ashish Bhatnagar is a mechanical engineering graduate from Jodhpur University. He joined ONGC as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the mechanical discipline at Mehsana. Over a career spanning 36 years he has served across multiple locations including Mehsana Nazira Dehradun Mumbai ONGC Videsh Limited and Delhi gaining wide operational and leadership experience.
Debashish Mukherjee is a mechanical engineering graduate from Jadavpur University and holds an MBA from IGNOU along with a PhD in Management from Amity University Noida. He began his career at ONGC as a Materials Management Officer in Dehradun. With 35 years of experience he has worked across key centres including Dehradun Chennai Delhi and Jorhat contributing to materials management and operational functions across the organisation.
