Vijay Singh Chauhan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of TIL Limited (formerly Tractors India Limited), effective December 22, 2025.
Chauhan is a public policy professional with over 30 years of experience in economic policy formulation, legislation, and implementation. His expertise covers fiscal policy, budgeting, cash and debt management, foreign direct investment, bilateral investment treaties, and international trade negotiations. He has worked extensively in expenditure management, trade facilitation, supply chains, indirect tax administration, customs adjudication, and global trade advisory. Chauhan is also actively involved in evidence-based policymaking, research, teaching, and capacity building across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Bhutan.
