V. Sundaresan has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of TTK Healthcare Limited with effect from December 22, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
Sundaresan has held senior leadership roles at General Electric, Greaves Cotton & Co. and BPL Refrigerators and spent nearly three decades with the TTK Group, retiring as Chief Financial Officer of TTK Prestige Limited in October 2020. He is currently a Partner at M/s Sowmya Sundaresan & Co., Chartered Accountants.
His experience spans corporate finance, treasury and liquidity management, ERP implementation, corporate restructuring and audit framework development. He has led GST adoption, implementation of new Accounting Standards and initiatives to improve working capital efficiency while maintaining strong engagement with investors and analysts. Sundaresan is a commerce graduate from the University of Madras and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
