AION-Tech Solutions (formerly Goldstone Technologies), a business intelligence and IT services company, has announced the appointment of Chanakya Bellam Radha Krishna to its Board of Directors.
With over two decades of experience, Chanakya has worked across high-growth enterprises, listed companies, start-ups, and leading PE/VC institutions. He has managed buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates, supported capital mobilisation for SMEs and technology-driven start-ups, and enabled Indian businesses to expand into Southeast Asia and other global markets.
Chanakya began his career at Unicon, where he set up and led the High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) trading desk. He later founded Fortune Finderz Capital Advisory, a boutique investment banking firm specialising in strategic investments, capital raising, and institutional partnerships. He has also been part of the boards of multiple listed and unlisted companies, contributing to governance excellence and long-term value creation.
At AION-Tech Solutions, he will drive strategy, vision, fundraising, strategic alliances, and international expansion. His expertise and strong network within private equity and venture capital ecosystems are expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s growth trajectory.
