Lenskart strengthens board and compliance leadership with key executive updates
Anant Gupta has been redesignated from Nominee Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director at Lenskart Solutions Limited, effective November 29, 2025. The company also announced the appointment of Ashish Kumar Srivastava as its new Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer in place of Preeti Gupta, who will be moving into new responsibilities within the organization. Gupta brings over two decades of experience across investment and corporate roles with organizations such as ITC Ltd., IDFC Private Equity, Goldman Sachs in New York, Tata Capital Ltd. and Kedaara Capital where he currently serves as a partner. His expertise spans private equity, investment management and business development and he holds dual bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay along with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Srivastava, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is a law graduate with more than 22 years of industry experience. Before joining Lenskart he worked with Urban Company, Uniparts, RITES, Sun Life Global, Coforge and Competent Automobiles Company Ltd. gaining extensive exposure to listed-company operations. His professional background covers corporate legal affairs, secretarial functions, governance, risk management and the insurance sector further strengthening Lenskart’s compliance and governance capabilities.
