Ashok Kumar P. has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer of UltraTech Cement Limited, effective November 20, 2025.
Kumar is a law graduate with over 21 years of post-qualification experience in dispute management, litigation, strategic legal advisory, and risk management from both Indian and international perspectives. His expertise spans compliance, integrity and governance frameworks, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and contract management. Over the years, he has advised on cross-border legal matters, overseen complex contractual obligations, and strengthened legal processes across diverse business environments.
