Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has appointed Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director to its Board, effective December 1, 2025.
Parikh is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ernst & Young India and currently serves as a strategic advisor to several companies. He sits on the Boards of Infosys, Biocon, and Indostar Capital. Over his career, he has co-founded BMR Advisors, led Ernst & Young India, and served as Country Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen. Parikh has advised Indian and global organisations on policy, regulatory, and strategic matters. He holds a commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant.
