Sumit Mittal has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of GRM Overseas Limited, effective November 13, 2025.
Mittal succeeds Raj Kumar Garg, who resigned from the position effective November 13, 2025.
A commerce graduate from Kurukshetra University, Mittal brings a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and commodity business operations. Beyond his academic background, he has worked closely with farmers, gaining hands-on exposure to agricultural markets, pricing dynamics, and supply-chain behaviour. This field-level experience has enhanced his ability to understand stakeholder needs and assess market trends effectively.
His combined strengths in finance and on-ground agricultural operations enable him to contribute meaningfully to informed decision-making and the overall growth of the organisation.
