Sheetal Rupesh Sancheti has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (Additional Director) of CSB Bank Limited, nominated by FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd., the promoter of the Bank, with effect from November 5, 2025.
Sheetal Rupesh Sancheti has joined CSB Bank Limited as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (Additional Director), nominated by FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd., the Bank’s promoter, effective November 5, 2025.
Sancheti currently serves as Vice President (VP) at Fairbridge Capital Private Limited, where she has been associated since 2019. She manages portfolio investments of Fairfax India Holdings Corporation across its Indian entities. Prior to this, she was Finance Manager at ANZ Bank India and has held finance leadership roles at HSBC Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience spanning private equity, banking, and audit, Sancheti has deep expertise in investment monitoring, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance. She began her career with BSR & Co., where she worked in audit engagements across Mumbai and London.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
