Fortis Healthcare has appointed Gagandeep Singh Bedi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Sandeep Puri, who resigned from the position earlier this month.
Bedi brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, South America, Asia, and India, covering both healthcare supply (Philips Healthcare) and care provision (Fortis Healthcare).
He is also the Co-Founder of Medidect Holding and Medidect India, where he led pioneering work in early detection of critical illnesses—aimed at shifting healthcare’s focus from treatment to prevention and overall life enhancement.
Bedi’s expertise lies in financial leadership, healthcare innovation, and operational excellence, with a mission to drive better clinical outcomes, reduce patient trauma, and lower medical costs for individuals and healthcare sponsors alike.
