Ramky Infrastructure Limited has announced key leadership appointments, strengthening its executive and governance team. Sunil S. Nair has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chartered Accountant Sravanth Rayapudi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2025. Additionally, Malvieka Joshi has joined the Board as an Independent Woman Director (Additional Director), effective September 30, 2025.
Sunil S. Nair brings extensive international leadership experience, having served as CEO and Managing Director at Utico FZC, Litwin PEL, CAE, and Galfar Engineering. At Utico FZC, he expanded the water business into a fully integrated developer with in-house EPC capabilities, managing a USD 200 million portfolio, and successfully turned around operations in the UAE, Oman, and Africa. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Calicut University and is a CFA charterholder.
Sravanth Rayapudi, a Chartered Accountant and ISB-certified finance leader, brings over 15 years of experience in debt transactions, treasury management, mergers & acquisitions, and financial operations across more than 50 companies. He has led debt transactions exceeding Rs 10,000 crore, including project finance, construction finance, receivables discounting, and overdraft facilities, while driving automation and digital transformation to enhance accuracy, speed, and transparency in financial operations.
Malvieka Joshi is a seasoned legal and HR professional with over 30 years of experience across FMCG, telecom, and IT sectors. She has spearheaded the setup of engineering centres for global capability centres (GCCs) in India, emphasizing infrastructure, innovation, and employee development. An ACC-certified coach from the International Coach Federation, she has delivered over 500 hours of executive coaching, supporting talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
