Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited announced that Vishal Kirti Keshav Marwaha has retired as an Independent Director, effective September 16, 2025, following the successful completion of his tenure on the company’s Board.
Marwaha, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, served two terms as an Independent Director at Isgec. During his tenure, he made significant contributions in the areas of corporate governance, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making, supporting the company’s long-term growth and shareholder value.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Marwaha holds a B.Com (Honours) from the University of Delhi. His leadership and industry expertise have been widely acknowledged throughout his association with Isgec Heavy Engineering.
