Voltas Limited has appointed Amit Jaiswal as the Head of Internal Audit, effective December 8, 2025.
Jaiswal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of specialised experience in internal audit, internal financial controls, risk management, forensic investigations, compliance, and data analytics. His expertise spans governance and assurance functions across complex business environments.
Prior to joining Voltas, he served as the Global Head of Internal Audit at Cipla, where he played a strategic role in enhancing audit, risk, and compliance frameworks across multiple geographies. He began his career in 2007 with Suresh Surana & Associates and later joined Cipla in 2012, taking on progressively senior responsibilities within the internal audit function.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Voltas’ internal assurance capabilities and support the company’s continued focus on robust governance and risk management practices.
