Jupiter Wagons Limited has appointed Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective September 24, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors, following the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Mr. Agarwal, a seasoned finance leader with over 17 years of experience, has expertise in financial planning and analysis, fundraising, accounts and audit, process re-engineering, internal controls, treasury, taxation, investor relations, compliance, corporate governance, ERP (SAP) implementation, and IT integration. His track record includes strengthening organizations and enabling business growth in competitive markets.
Additionally, with effect from September 24, 2025, Mr. Agarwal will replace Mr. Sanjiv Keshri as one of the Key Managerial Personnel responsible for determining materiality of events or information and making disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The other KMPs designated for these responsibilities remain unchanged.
