Pricol Limited announces leadership transition with Vikram Mohan appointed Chairman while Madhura Mohan and Siddharth Manoharan take on executive roles
Vikram Mohan has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pricol Limited with effect from May 14 2026 succeeding Vanitha Mohan who has resigned from the board to focus on social initiatives and community development efforts.
Alongside the leadership transition Madhura Mohan has been appointed as Executive Director and Whole Time Director of Pricol Limited effective May 14 2026 subject to shareholder approval. Siddharth Manoharan has also been appointed as Group Executive Director and Whole Time Director from the same date subject to shareholder approval.
Vikram Mohan currently serves as Managing Director of Pricol Limited and oversees strategy finance customer relationship management and public relations. He has close to three decades of industry experience and is the founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Coimbatore chapter. He is also associated with Entrepreneurs’ Organization South Asia Young Presidents’ Organization Chennai Confederation of Indian Industry and Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India in various leadership capacities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore.
Vanitha Mohan brings nearly four decades of experience and has overseen internal audit and corporate social responsibility initiatives at Pricol Limited. She is also Managing Trustee of Siruthuli which focuses on water management and environmental sustainability. In addition she serves as Trustee of the ND Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Kongu Global Forum. She previously served as President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Coimbatore and also holds directorships in Sagittarius Investments and Shrimay Enterprises. She completed her commerce degree and earned a postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
Madhura Mohan is a third generation member of the promoter family and has been associated with Pricol Limited since September 2023. She has been involved in customer relationship management across domestic and international markets along with the company’s environmental social and governance initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Business and Management from Brunel University London.
Siddharth Manoharan has worked with the Pricol Group for the past nine years focusing on growth strategies mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. His responsibilities have centred on supporting expansion and market development initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology and completed a dual MBA programme from Fudan University School of Management and MIT Sloan School of Management.
