Kaya Limited reappoints Vasuta Agarwal as Independent Director for another five year term effective August 3, 2026.
Vasuta Agarwal has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Kaya Limited for a further five year term, effective August 3, 2026.
Agarwal currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Gnani.ai, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and revenue expansion. She has extensive experience in technology, business strategy, and global operations.
Before joining Gnani.ai, Agarwal spent more than a decade at InMobi, where she held several leadership positions focused on monetisation, business growth, and global operations. She has also served on corporate boards, including IndiaMART.
Earlier in her career, Agarwal worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and as a chip design engineer at Intel, building experience across consulting, engineering, and technology driven businesses.
She has been recognised in industry rankings, including Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40 and The Economic Times Women Ahead. Agarwal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani.
