The Board of Directors of United Spirits Limited has approved the appointment of Julie Bramham as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non Executive Non Independent Director. The appointment is effective from January 21 2026.
Julie Bramham brings around 25 years of global experience in building iconic brands and driving commercial growth across international markets. Her expertise spans brand and commercial transformation, global go to market strategy, innovation, digital and AI enabled marketing, and large scale organisational change. She is currently the Managing Director of the Diageo Luxury Group where she leads a global team of over 500 professionals and oversees the company’s worldwide marketing transformation agenda with a focus on future ready capabilities, operating models, and digital adoption.
Earlier in her career Julie served as Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker. She also worked as General Manager for Innovation in Europe where she led the creation and launch of several new to world brands and global recruitment platforms including Gordon’s Pink, Tanqueray Sevilla, and Rockshore lager.
Julie offers strong board level capabilities in transformation, brand strategy, consumer insight, digital innovation, culture leadership, and commercial governance. Her non executive director experience includes associations with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru IPL franchise and the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce. She is known for her inclusive leadership style and is an active member of WACL and Walpole. She also serves as the Royal Warrant Holder on behalf of Diageo for the Tanqueray and Gordon Company and the Pimm’s Company.
