Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited has announced the reappointment of Ravi Todi as an Independent Director with effect from May 14 2026. The decision will take effect after receiving the necessary approval from the shareholders and reflects the company’s continued focus on experienced leadership and strong corporate governance.
Ravi Todi is a well known industrialist and currently leads the Shrachi Group which has a diversified presence across engineering procurement and construction real estate development and agro machinery. Through his leadership roles he has been actively involved in driving enterprise growth and contributing to the development of multiple industrial sectors.
He is closely associated with several professional and industry organisations and regularly participates in forums linked to infrastructure manufacturing real estate and agribusiness. His engagement also extends to initiatives that support enterprise development and institutional collaboration across industries. His affiliations include the Confederation of Indian Industry the MSME Subcommittee of the CII Eastern Region the Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce the Cricket Association of Bengal CREDAI Eastern Region the Power Tiller Association of India Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and the YPO Kolkata Chapter.
