Tashwinder Singh has been appointed as Chairman of NRB Bearings Limited with effect from March 30, 2026. He will replace Ashank Desai, who will retire as Independent Director upon completion of his tenure on March 29, 2026.
Tashwinder Singh is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO & MD) of Niyogin Fintech Ltd., a BSE listed company, a position he has held since October 2020. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director at KKR between June 2012 and June 2019.
Singh spent 18 years at Citigroup, where he progressed to Managing Director roles across Commercial Banking and Citi Private Bank. Over the course of his career, he has held Board positions at several organisations including SBAPL, Resonance Eduventures, KKR Capital Markets India, and KKR India Finance.
He is a business leader with around 30 years of experience spanning banking, general management, and alternative investments. Singh holds an MBA from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
