Tanya Sanish is currently the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Piramal Pharma Ltd., where she oversees compliance for the listed entity and its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions. She has previously held roles within the Piramal Group and has also worked with Pidilite Industries Ltd. She is a corporate governance professional with over 15 years of experience in compliance and governance, covering board governance and advisory, compliance with corporate and Indian securities laws, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross border structuring, and stakeholder communication. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Mumbai University.
