Suparna Mitra has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO & MD) of TeamLease Services Limited, effective February 2, 2026. Ashok Reddy has been redesignated as Executive Vice Chairman, and Manish Sabharwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective the same date.
Suparna Mitra joins TeamLease Services from Titan Company, where she led the Watches & Wearables Division. With a career spanning over 30 years, she has held leadership roles in retail, digital commerce, and large-scale business transformation. She began her career as a management trainee at Hindustan Lever, later leading businesses at Arvind Brands Ltd. At Titan, she progressed from Global Marketing Head to driving strategic and operational expansion in the watches and wearables segment. She also serves on the Boards of Swiggy and IIM Kozhikode.
Ashok Reddy, Co-Founder of TeamLease Services, has transitioned from CEO & MD to the new role of Executive Vice Chairman. With over 23 years of experience in HR and workforce development, he has been instrumental in scaling TeamLease into a nationwide HR services leader with significant revenue and operational growth. In his new role, he will focus on long-term strategy, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen the employment and skilling ecosystem.
Co-Founder Manish Sabharwal has been redesignated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He has played a pivotal role in TeamLease’s evolution into a workforce solutions provider supporting over 350,000 employees and 3,500 clients nationwide. Prior to TeamLease, he co-founded India Life, later acquired by Hewitt Associates. Sabharwal has served in governance and advisory roles, including on the RBI Board and the Advisory Board of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), and continues to contribute to policy and public discourse.
