With effect from June 2, 2025, Sanofi India Limited has named Sudipta Chakraborty as Head of Legal.
Chakraborty is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, specializing in legal, compliance, patent, and trademark issues. She recently joined Sanofi India, bringing a wealth of experience from her time at the Aditya Birla Group as Vice President of Group Legal & Compliance. Chakraborty graduated with honors from the National Law School of India University in Bangalore with a BA LL.B. She has expertise in risk management, policy alignment, and strategic legal advice in dynamic business settings. When handling intricate legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, she takes a business-centric approach.
