Steve Cahillane Appointed CEO Of Kraft Heinz

The Kraft Heinz Company has named Steve Cahillane as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Carlos Abrams-Rivera, who will step down and continue as an adviser until March 6, 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

Cahillane will also join the company’s Board of Directors and lead the sauces and condiments business following its planned separation. He most recently served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Kellanova, which was acquired by Mars in December 2025. He previously guided the separation of Kellanova from Kellogg Company and has held senior leadership positions at The Nature’s Bounty Co., The Coca-Cola Company, and AB InBev.

A veteran in global consumer goods, Cahillane brings extensive experience in brand management, portfolio transformation, and large-scale business restructuring. His appointment is expected to strengthen Kraft Heinz’s strategic execution and long-term growth.
