Yatra Online Limited has appointed Siddhartha Gupta as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CEO & KMP), effective November 25, 2025.
Gupta succeeds Dhruv Shringi, who stepped down as CEO due to personal reasons on November 24, 2025. Shringi will continue to serve on the Board as Whole-Time Director.
Gupta is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience. He previously served as President of Mercer India, where he spearheaded its growth into the country’s largest people advisory firm, partnering with major global and Indian enterprises. Earlier, as CEO of Mercer Mettl, he transformed the organisation from an emerging start-up into India’s largest online assessment solutions provider and one of Mercer’s fastest-growing business units worldwide. He has also held senior leadership roles at SAP and HP, scaling multiple business verticals and driving innovation across industries.
