Sharad Bhansali has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Indus Towers Limited, effective November 19, 2025.
Bhansali is the Managing Partner of APJ-SLG Law Offices, a full-service international corporate and commercial law firm headquartered in Delhi. He has represented the Government of India before the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, the US International Trade Commission (USITC), and the European Commission, and has advised exporters across several global markets.
Before moving into full-time legal practice, Bhansali served in the Indian Revenue Service and later worked in the Ministry of Commerce, specialising in anti-dumping matters and trade policy. His expertise spans trade law, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations, infrastructure, real estate, banking, finance, and foreign investment. He holds a law degree from Delhi University, an M.A. in Economics from Boston University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Delhi University.
